2 Account Register
A personal account is required to access abe999 services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. abe999 reserves the right to close any account registered with false or misleading information.
Each individual is only One Account can be created. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. abe999 uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be closed immediately.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.
It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date via account settings if any details change after registration. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
3 Age Verification
Abe999 only 18 years of age or older individuals. Age must be confirmed at registration, and a valid ID must be submitted during the KYC process. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license is accepted. Withdrawal access may be limited until KYC is completed. abe999 may request additional verification documents at any time.
4 Deposits & Payments
To make a deposit on abe999, you can use approved payment methods including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. At the time of deposit, Registered in your own name only payment account may be used. Deposits from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted and may be returned or forfeited.

Abe999 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is entirely subject to their own policies.
5 Withdrawal Policy
KYC verification must be completed on your account before withdrawals can be made. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If an active bonus is in place, withdrawal is not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.
Please note: abe999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests. This is done to prevent fraud.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
Abe999's various bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum bet limit. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Any attempt to abuse bonuses through one or multiple accounts will result in abe999 cancelling the bonus and suspending the account. Winnings derived from bonuses are generally credited to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed.
- Welcome bonus wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 30x.
- Cashback bonuses carry lower wagering requirements.
- Referral bonuses are credited only after the referred person makes their first deposit.
- Separate terms apply for seasonal and special event bonuses.
7 Betting Rules
All bets placed on abe999 must comply with the platform's rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game.
If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical error, abe999 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. For live betting, if a result discrepancy arises due to network delays, abe999's decision is final.

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abe999 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

- Placing artificial bets to exploit the bonus system.
- Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to attack or compromise abe999's systems or network.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
Abe999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or a directive from law enforcement authorities.
If abe999 closes an account on its own initiative and the closure is not due to any rule violation, the eligible balance in the account will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
10 Responsible Gaming
Abe999 firmly believes that gaming should be an enjoyable and safe form of entertainment. We never want a player to face financial or emotional distress because of gaming. That is why we provide a range of responsible gaming tools.

If the matter is not resolved through the support team, it can be escalated to abe999's senior management. For all disputes, abe999's decision as final will be considered as such. In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.
The deadline for submitting a complaint is a maximum of 30 days. Complaints submitted after this deadline may not be considered.
12 Changes to Terms
Abe999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made, the updated date will be published on the website and registered users will be notified. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
